ABOUT THE ARTIST: Michelle (Shirley) Riley is a NY-based artist with a focus on painting and calligraphy. She loves fascinators, chrysalises, and puns. The Jamaican-born artist draws inspiration from the landscape, writers, and musicians. She has been known to play a song repeatedly for days on end.
Riley is a very strong supporter of brevity, daydreaming, and naps.

The wood comes from sustainably managed forests that meet the criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council. Nielsen Quadrum frames are equipped with edge-ground float glass, an acid-free insert and a sturdy rear panel. The rear panels are equipped with hangers in portrait and landscape format.
